Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)
Consumers have a right to cancel their purchase within 14 days.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) that you wish to cancel the contract.
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not required.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the 14-day period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any extra costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard, lowest-cost option offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your cancellation notice.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent them back—whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods without delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check the condition, features, and functioning of the goods.
Customers Outside the EU
For orders placed by customers outside the European Union, we do not offer a voluntary return or cancellation policy. All sales are final.
Exception: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund.
