Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
§ 1 Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made by consumers (§13 German Civil Code – BGB) via our online store.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are mostly outside their trade, business, or profession.
Note: According to § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged or shown on invoices.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
The product listings in our online store are not legally binding offers but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding order for the items in your cart. The contract is formed once we confirm your order by email immediately after it has been received.
§ 4 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers within the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

§ 5 Prices and Shipping Costs
All product prices shown include any applicable VAT and other price components.
In addition to the product prices, we charge shipping fees. You can find more details on shipping costs in our Shipping Policy.
§ 6 Delivery
We ship within Germany using DHL.
Unless otherwise specified in the product description, delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days.
§ 7 Payment
You can pay by credit card or PayPal.
§ 8 Retention of Ownership
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§ 9 Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply to all products.
§ 10 Dispute Resolution
