Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
We ship our products within Germany and to selected countries. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination:
Germany:

EU Countries:

Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days
International Shipping (non-EU):

Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped with trusted carriers such as DHL, Hermes, or DPD.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Production / Processing Time
Our Products are manufactured after we receive your order (made-to-order).
Production time is 7-21 Days after receipt of payment. Shipping then beginns after 1-2 days.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Customs and Import Duties
For orders shippedd outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the local authorities.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping, as well as any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.
